These Terms govern your use of the Ayo Threads website and any order you place through a party page. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Fabric orders are charged in full at the time of checkout via Stripe. Prices, availability, and fabric details are set by the host for each celebration and may vary between parties.
Tailoring is a custom service and is not charged automatically at checkout. If you request tailoring, you'll be asked for measurements, style preferences, and a delivery address. We'll follow up separately with a quote and next steps — tailoring pricing and any deposit are handled outside the automatic fabric checkout.
Delivery timelines depend on the celebration, fabric availability, and (for tailoring) production time. We'll do our best to communicate realistic timelines and any delays as they arise.
Fabric orders may be cancelled for a full refund if production or shipping has not yet begun — contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Once tailoring work has started on a custom garment, that portion is generally non-refundable, since it is made specifically for you. We handle cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis and will always aim for a fair outcome.
Party pages are set up by hosts for their specific celebration and are accessible via a private code. Hosts are responsible for sharing that code only with their intended guests. We reserve the right to close a party page after its event date.
If you upload style-reference images or submit a review, you confirm you have the right to share that content and grant us permission to use it for the purpose it was submitted (fulfilling your tailoring request, or — for reviews, only once approved — displaying it on our website).
We aim to deliver every order accurately and on time, but we are not liable for delays or issues caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, fabric supplier issues, or events beyond our control.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
